  • Customized products (e.g., those with uploaded audio or graphic files) are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy with the provided specifications.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at 1-800-770-4979 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
  3. Package the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
