- Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Customized products (e.g., those with uploaded audio or graphic files) are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy with the provided specifications.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Customized CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, or any other personalized products.
- Downloadable templates or digital files.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at 1-800-770-4979 with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
- Package the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
- Exchanges
